We post the job on behalf of the company, pay for job sponsorship and do proactive outreach until an adequate candidate pool is compiled. We also help optimize the job posting, provide market insights, and truly become a partner to the hiring team as they look to fill the position. And we do not stop until the position is filled.

Typically a company’s recruiting team and potentially other third-party recruiters will be working on this role in tandem with HTS

Process

  1. Complete 30-45 minute intake call to determine exact candidate profile targeting as well as details around hiring process, company culture, etc
  2. Once company confirms list of qualities seeking, we go to market and attempt to engage qualified candidates
  3. HTS interviews candidates who express interest, and if they seem like a good fit, are submitted to the client
  4. Client interviews candidate
  5. HTS assists with references, offer negotiation and onboarding process as desired
