Outsourcing
HTS becomes an extension of your internal team. We are a strategic partner who attends internal meetings to stay up-to-date on what is going on at the company, helps develop job descriptions and provides insights into market comp and competitiveness, and is seen as ‘the’ dedicated recruiter whenever a new opening comes available across a department or company-wide.

- We stand up a dedicated Applicant Tracking System for your company (jobs are posted with your branding and can be mapped to your company website). You own all the data in the ATS.

- We review all applications then screen those who are seen as the best possible fit
- We schedule interviews for you and your team
- We assist with all onboarding and offer steps, including references, offer negotiation, background check/drug screen, and partner with your team to ensure all onboarding items are complete (or we can take these on ourselves).
Standard Fees for Recruitment Outsourcing
- $1,000 monthly retainer
- $5,000 for most entry to mid-level hires
- $7,500 for most manager and general senior level hires
- Specialized roles: 10% of 1st yr annual salary (midpoint of salary range)
Contingent Search
You only pay if we fill the position
Typically a company’s recruiting team and potentially other third-party recruiters will be working on this role in tandem with HTS
Process
- Complete 30-45 minute intake call to determine exact candidate profile targeting as well as details around hiring process, company culture, etc
- Once company confirms list of qualities seeking, we go to market and attempt to engage qualified candidates
- HTS interviews candidates who express interest, and if they seem like a good fit, are submitted to the client
- Client interviews candidate
- HTS assists with references, offer negotiation and onboarding process as desired
Standard Fees
20% of 1st yr annual salary with 90 full-replacement guarantee
