Our Healthcare business is focused on non-hospital, or sub-acute, positions including Physical Therapists, Audiologists, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and administrative professionals.
The cost of staffing agencies can vary wildly depending on the type of support, level of position, and industry. At Higher Talent Solutions, we are committed to finding win-win solutions for our clients. Our standard rates are as follows:
Outsourcing:
$2,000 per month retainer (directly applied to engagements). Cost per engagement is most commonly $5,000 – $7,500 depending on type of position.
Retained Search:
15% first year annual salary with 90 day full replacement guarantee.
Contingent Search:
20% first year annual salary with 90 day full replacement guarantee.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire:
50-65% markup on hourly rate depending on position type, location and length of engagement. Free candidate conversion after 6 months on contract.
Consulting:
Our consulting services are priced on a per-project basis. Costs vary significantly based on the size and scope of the project.

For temporary positions, we offer both contract and contract-to-hire support. Not only do we find the talent, we also become the employer of record (EOR), provide Workers Compensation coverage, run payroll, offer benefits and more.
