After spending nearly a decade in corporate talent acquisition, I founded Higher Talent Solutions to provide something I seldom found: third party recruitment experts that are true partners. Many recruiting firms are transactional, not taking the time and effort to fully understand the unique culture and needs of the organization, resulting in misalignment and a slower overall process. Instead of helping to save me time to focus on the other aspects of running a rapidly scaling recruitment function, I was spending too much time managing our partners to drive results.
